The staff-to-student ratios in the highest needs classrooms has always been unsafe, but this year it should be criminal. I was voluntold I had to move into a naturally physically aggressive, high-stress classroom, and I shared it would not be best for my mental health. Less than a week in and I’ve had the worst panic attacks of my life.

I’ve been targeted for disciplinary action for speaking up, currently and in the past. I am working on my résumé as we speak, hoping I can find work before they find a way to fire me like they’re obviously trying to do.
