A listing is not an endorsement. A listing is either written by the person it describes or compiled by us from the business’s own website, Google and the state bar, and a compiled listing says so until the business claims it. We confirm the business exists and, for attorneys, their bar status. We do not review anyone’s work with clients, and we cannot.

Parents for Transparency is not a lawyer referral service. We take no referral fee and no share of anyone’s fees. Basic listings are free. Featured listings cost a flat $18 a month, appear first in their area and are marked Featured; paying changes nothing about what we check or what a listing must disclose. We remove a listing when we learn something that makes it wrong.

Attorney listings are advertising. Most educational advocates are not lawyers, and contacting anyone through this page does not make them your attorney. Hiring anyone here is an agreement between you and them. Nothing on this page is legal advice about your own situation.
